Halloween 16+ raves 2026

Halloween and October half-term are the busiest time for under-18 raves. These 16+ Halloween raves are listed this year:

Under-18 raves explained: 14+, 16+ and U18

An under-18 rave is a drum and bass night or gig that lets in people under 18. They come in three main types, and the age rule is set by the organiser and the venue’s licence, so always check the event page before you buy.

LabelWho can goTypical events
16+Ages 16 and over, often 16 to 18 only, with photo ID16+ raves such as the Halloween tours, alcohol-free
U18 onlyUnder-18s only, usually ages 14 to 17U18 club nights and early-evening raves
14+Ages 14 and over; under-16s usually with an adult aged 18+Live shows and tours at concert venues
U18 OKUnder-18s allowed with conditions, such as an adult or a seated ticketArena and theatre shows, daytime gigs

16+ raves

16+ raves are full drum and bass raves for 16 to 18 year olds, with big-name DJs and MCs, security and no alcohol for under-18s.

U18 club nights

U18 nights run earlier in the evening for 14 to 17 year olds, often in a regular nightclub before it opens for over-18s.

14+ gigs and tours

Live DnB shows and tours at concert venues are often 14+, so younger fans can see acts like Roni Size & Reprazent, Venjent or Adam F live with an adult.

What to bring

  • Valid photo ID (passport, photocard licence or a PASS card)
  • Your ticket on your phone, fully charged
  • Money for water and travel home
  • A plan to get home, and someone who knows where you are

For parents and carers

Check the age rule and whether an adult must come along, look at the venue and finish time, and agree how your child is getting home. Ticket sellers list the organiser, so you can contact them with questions before booking.

Under-18 raves: FAQs

Can you go to a rave at 16?

Yes, if the event is billed 16+ or U18. Most club nights are 18+, so look for events that say 16+, 14+ or U18 on the ticket page. Every event on this page shows its age rule.

Can you go to a rave at 14 or 15?

Some gigs and tours are 14+, usually with under-16s accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. U18 club nights such as MANIA U18 are for ages 14 to 17. Check the age rule on each event.

What ID do I need for an under-18 rave?

Bring valid photo ID that shows your date of birth, such as a passport, a photocard driving licence (provisional is fine) or a PASS-approved proof-of-age card like CitizenCard or Young Scot. Photos of ID are usually refused, and some events ask for physical ID only.

Is alcohol served at under-18 raves?

It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to anyone under 18. Under-18 raves are run alcohol-free for under-18s, and at 14+ and 16+ gigs in bigger venues the bar serves over-18s only, with ID checks.

Are under-18 raves safe?

Organisers run them with security, bag searches and staff on hand, and many have a welfare or first-aid point. Go with friends, agree a meeting point, keep your phone charged, drink water, never take anything you are offered, and tell staff straight away if you or a friend feels unwell.

Can parents come to an under-18 rave?

For 14+ gigs, under-16s often must come with an adult aged 18 or over, who needs their own ticket. Some 16+ raves are for ages 16 to 18 only, so parents wait outside or arrange pick-up. The event page and the ticket seller say which.

When are under-18 raves on?

Most are around Halloween and October half-term, the Christmas holidays and the end of the school year, plus early-evening shows on DnB tours. This page lists every one we find, all year round.

How do I find under 18 raves near me?

Use the city list above, or open your city page and choose "Under 18s" in the event type filter. Each city page links back here.

We list events; we don’t run them. Age rules, ID policy and entry are set by each organiser and venue and can change, so always check the ticket page. Promoters: submit an under-18 event.
